TeacherMatic Support: Building a Community That Stays With You

When educators choose TeacherMatic, they are not simply adopting a platform. They are joining a complete ecosystem of support, collaboration, and professional growth. The TeacherMatic Support session highlighted how every part of our support network is designed to help teachers and leaders get the very best from TeacherMatic.

From initial onboarding to advanced training and community events, TeacherMatic ensures that every educator feels guided and connected throughout their journey.

1. Free Initial Training for New Customers

Every organisation that purchases 50 licences or more receives a free online training session.
These sessions introduce staff to the platform and demonstrate how TeacherMatic can save time, enhance teaching and learning, and improve assessment.

Each session is tailored to your context so that staff leave with confidence and practical ideas they can apply straight away.

For schools or trusts purchasing several hundred licences, we provide multiple online training sessions to ensure that all staff receive the support they need.

2. Dedicated Help Desk and Rapid Response

Our Help Desk is here whenever you need it.
Whether you have a technical query or would like guidance on using a generator, you can email support@teachermatic.com and expect a prompt reply, often within the same working day.

Educators consistently praise our support team for being responsive, friendly, and genuinely helpful. This commitment to service is one of the reasons many organisations continue to renew and expand their use of TeacherMatic.

3. The Free Self-Paced Online Course

The Getting Started with TeacherMatic course is a free, self-paced training programme designed for both new and intermediate users.

It covers:

  • Logging in and navigating the interface

  • Using key generators such as Lesson Plan, Multiple Choice Quiz, Feedback and Rubric

  • Fact-checking, responsible use and pedagogical alignment

At the end of the course, participants receive a digital certificate of completion. It is an ideal way to standardise onboarding across teaching teams and ensure consistency in how the platform is used.

4. The Rollout Strategy Guide

The TeacherMatic Rollout Strategy Guide helps schools and colleges implement the platform effectively and sustainably.

Built around the ADKAR change management framework, it supports digital leads, quality managers and champions in guiding their teams through awareness, adoption and long-term integration.

This resource has already helped many institutions embed TeacherMatic strategically across departments.

5. Bespoke Training Options

For schools and colleges that want deeper, contextual support, TeacherMatic offers bespoke training.
Sessions can be delivered online or in person and range from one-hour refreshers to multi-day workshops.

Training can focus on areas such as:

  • Curriculum or subject-specific delivery

  • SEND and inclusive practice

  • Quality assurance and digital transformation

All bespoke training is fully customisable to your organisation’s needs and available as a paid service.

6. Bespoke Generators for Your Organisation

TeacherMatic can also design custom generators that are exclusive to your organisation.
These can automate internal processes, support specific curriculum frameworks, or meet local quality requirements.

Institutions that have commissioned bespoke generators report significant efficiency gains and a stronger sense of ownership. Prices typically range from £1,000 to £2,000, depending on complexity.

What We Learned From Our First TeacherMatic Webinar

The first TeacherMatic webinar was an incredible success. Not only did we learn a lot of great new insights and strategies, but we also gained a better understanding of how to use the platform.
